Welcome to the Evergreen Leaders Project

Public Service should not be a stressful or unhealthy experience.

We are doing something about it.

Evergreen Leaders Project was designed to help leaders and public servants develop resilience to help their communities develop resilience. Please explore our website to learn more about what we offer in this unique program.

Why "Evergreen" Leaders and Public Servants?

Evergreen trees are an amazing example of resilience. They use energy efficiently, never dropping all their leaves at once!  Evergreen trees thrive in the most severe weather and can even survive droughts. Ever flexible, they bend with high speed winds and fierce storms, yet stay renewed, pure and fresh all year long. As leaders, we can learn much by reflecting on the inspiring metaphor of the resilience of evergreen trees!

In the difficult are the friendly forces, the hands that work on us.
